Action brought by the plaintiff, Alza Garlin, wife of the defendant, Robert Garlin, to recover damages for personal injuries sustained by her as the result of her husband's negligent operation of his automobile while driving in Illinois. Defendant demurred to the plaintiff's complaint on the ground that it does not state sufficient facts to constitute a cause of action. The court overruled the demurrer and from the order to that effect defendants appealed.
