We hold that the federal arbitration act, 9 U.S.C. § 2 (1982), as construed by the United States Supreme Court in Southland Corp. v. Keating, U.S. , 79 L. Ed. 2d 1, 104 S. Ct. 852 (1984), mandates that all claims, either statutory or nonstatutory, arising under a written brokerage agreement, be settled by arbitration in accordance with the terms of the brokerage agreement.
